On Friday, October 28, 37 dogs and 6 cats arrived at the Butler
County Humane Society (BCHS) in Pennsylvania. Project Starfish transported these animals
from Broken Down Dogs in Alexandria, Louisiana. This horse is in a pasture right behind
the humane society.
